Refund policy

This policy explains returns, refunds, and cancellations for orders from Corvara Inc ("Corvara Bioscience"). All products are sold for laboratory research use only.

Returns

Because our products are sensitive research materials whose integrity depends on proper handling and storage after they leave our control, all sales are final and products are non-returnable once shipped, except as described below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@corvarabio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, labels, and packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will, at our discretion and as your sole remedy, provide a replacement or a refund. Do not use any product you believe to be damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times to appear on your statement depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing. Once an order is processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to this policy.
