These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from Corvara Inc ("Corvara Bioscience," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution or business, and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or foods. You agree to the terms of our Research Use Only & Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to: (a) use, consume, administer, or apply any product in or on humans or animals; (b) resell, distribute, repackage, or supply any product for human or veterinary use, or represent any product as safe or approved for such use; (c) use any product in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic setting; or (d) use any product in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Products are sold for the purchaser's own research use and not for resale except as expressly permitted in writing by us.

4. Compliance with laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your purchase, possession, storage, and use of our products in your jurisdiction, including any licensing, permitting, and reporting requirements. We ship only within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., and do not accept orders for export.

5. Product information

We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, purity figures, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Certificates of analysis, where provided, describe the tested batch and are not a guarantee of results in your particular application.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation is sent. Prices are subject to change without notice. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

7. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise required by law, title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

8. Returns

Because our products are sensitive research materials, most sales are final. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will achieve any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvara Inc and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your purchase, handling, or use of any product or your use of this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corvara Inc and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your purchase, handling, use, resale, or disposal of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Corvara Bioscience name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
