Rewards Program Terms

These terms govern the Corvara Rewards program (the "Program"), operated by Corvara Inc ("Corvara," "we," "us"). By earning or redeeming points, or by referring or accepting a referral, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.

1. Research Use Only

All Corvara products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. The Program does not change this. Rewards are offered only on purchases made in accordance with our Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to customers in the United States who are 21 or older and eligible to purchase from Corvara. Points are tied to the email address used at checkout, so you can earn as a guest. To view or redeem points, sign in to your Corvara account with that email. Some accounts, including accounts that receive other standing discounts, may be excluded from earning or redeeming points.

3. Earning Points

  • You earn 3 points for every $1 you pay for eligible products. Taxes, shipping, and tips do not earn points.
  • New customers receive a one-time bonus of 200 points when they create an account or place their first order.
  • Points for a purchase are added after your order ships.
  • Manually created orders, such as replacements, do not earn points.

4. Redeeming Points

  • Every 100 points is worth $1 off. You can redeem once you have at least 1,000 points ($10).
  • When you redeem, you receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout. Each code can be used once.
  • Points codes apply to one-time purchases and cannot be combined with other order discount codes, including affiliate and referral codes. If more than one discount applies, checkout uses the one that saves you more.
  • Points and discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.

5. Referrals

  • You may share your referral link only with people who purchase for legitimate laboratory research.
  • A referred colleague receives 10% off their first order. Referral offers are for new customers only.
  • After your referred colleague completes their first order, you receive a one-time code for $50 off your next order of $150 or more.
  • You may not refer yourself, use multiple accounts or email addresses, or refer members of your own household.
  • Do not post referral links or codes on coupon, deal, or cashback sites, use them in paid advertising, or send them as unsolicited messages.
  • When sharing Corvara, do not make health, medical, dosing, or personal-use claims of any kind. Any message you share should include: "For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use."
  • Members of the Corvara Affiliate Program must use their affiliate link and code, not the customer referral program.

6. Expiration

  • Points expire if your account has no activity (earning or redeeming points) for 12 months. Any activity resets this period.
  • Discount codes created by redeeming points expire 90 days after they are issued. If a code expires unused, the points are returned to your balance.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded, the points earned on it are removed, in proportion to any partial refund. This may result in a negative points balance.
  • If an order paid in part with a points discount code is fully refunded, the points used for that code are returned to your balance.
  • If a referred colleague's order is canceled or refunded, we may cancel the related referral reward.

8. Misuse

We may withhold, adjust, or cancel points, codes, or referral rewards, and may suspend or remove any account from the Program, if we believe the Program has been used in violation of these terms or our Terms of Service, or through fraud, abuse, or any activity inconsistent with research-use-only purchasing.

9. Changes and General Terms

We may change, suspend, or end the Program, including earning and redemption rates, at any time. Changes apply going forward, and we will make reasonable efforts to give notice on this page or by email. Points are a promotional benefit, not property, and have no value outside the Program. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
